This role combines technical hardware knowledge with project coordination responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and collaborating across multiple teams. In this role, you will help manage server hardware configurations, support infrastructure deployment initiatives, track project milestones, and coordinate activities across engineering, operations, and product teams.

You will gain exposure to enterprise server technologies, data center solutions, and the processes that bring complex hardware solutions from concept to deployment.

What You'll Do
  • Track and manage server hardware configurations, component changes, and deployment schedules.
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of technical infrastructure and server deployment projects.
  • Translate system-level hardware requirements into project plans, deliverables, and tracking workflows.
  • Document technical processes, deployment procedures, hardware specifications, and operational workflows.
  • Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to gather technical requirements and communicate project updates.
  • Support server and networking-related deployment initiatives to ensure successful execution and on‑time delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and help resolve issues that impact schedules, deliverables, or hardware readiness.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase hardware execution efficiency and project delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop an understanding of enterprise server architectures, data center technologies, and infrastructure deployment best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Hands‑on exposure to server hardware architecture, rack‑mounted systems, or system configuration through coursework, laboratory work, academic projects, clubs, or personal projects.
  • Foundational understanding of server components such as CPUs, memory, storage, RAID configurations, PCIe devices, and networking interfaces.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship, co‑op, research, or laboratory experience involving enterprise servers, data center hardware, system integration, hardware validation, or IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with server Bill of Materials (BOM) management, firmware updates, hardware compatibility testing, or configuration tracking.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Interest in enterprise computing, cloud infrastructure, high‑performance computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, or data center technologies.
  • Experience working in team‑based technical environments with cross‑functional stakeholders.
