Data Scientist

Role:

Data Scientist within the Business Intelligence team, focused on applying analytics to support decision-making and improve understanding of markets, customers, and business performance.

• Develop and deliver predictive and descriptive analytics solutions, including forecasting, classification, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Manage end-to-end analytical workflows - data ingestion, transformation, modeling, validation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define questions, select appropriate methods, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Build scalable workflows in Databricks, create visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ensure analytical rigor through validation and best practices.
• Stay current with AI and data science advancements, contribute to team standards, and support agile delivery and documentation.

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, with at least 3 years of experience applying data science in a business setting.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Desired experience includes Databricks, Power BI, version control, and familiarity with BI, market, and competitive intelligence applications.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
