In This Global Future Leader role, you will act as an AI Solution Analyst

In this role, you will report to the Solutions Services Group (SSG) Customer Service AI Solution (CSAS) Director, supporting enterprise customers across key global markets. You will join Lenovo’s CSAS team, an innovative organization delivering enterprise-grade, infrastructure-agnostic Agentic AI platforms that transform global customer service operations. In this versatile hybrid position spanning Technical Pre-Sales, RD Solution Development, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), you will take part in collaborative planning sessions, customer discovery workshops, and solution sprint reviews to master and deploy our award-winning CSAS platform.
