CENCO Claims is expanding its presence along the North Carolina coast and is currently seeking a reliable Daily Property Adjuster to support residential claims in the Wilmington, NC area. This field-based opportunity offers steady assignments, flexible scheduling, and the backing of a knowledgeable internal claims team that values professionalism and efficiency.

As a Daily Property Adjuster, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate inspections and exceptional service to policyholders while maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners.

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties to assess wind, storm, water, and related damages
• Document findings thoroughly with photos, measurements, and detailed field notes
• Prepare clear, accurate estimates using Xactimate
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives
• Manage claim files in alignment with carrier guidelines and industry best practices
• Deliver a positive, professional experience for policyholders from first contact through file completion

• Property claims experience preferred
• Experience with Xactimate
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access and navigating damaged structures
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and standard adjusting equipment
