Job DescriptionAm Law 100 firm is looking to hire trademark associates for its trademark group.
Who you are:- 2-5 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
- TTAB experience is a plus
- Large brand owner experience is a plus
- Preference given for copyright and advertising experience
- Active license to practice law
- Work on trademark matters of well-known national and international brands including client counseling, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
- Provide strategic guidance on how to identify, protect, and leverage client brands
- Work with a group of talented IP attorneys
