Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Front Desk Receptionist who is professional, personable, and highly organized. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and supportive office environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner (in person and by phone)
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
  • Collect client information and update case management systems
  • Receive, scan, and distribute mail and legal documents
  • Assist with intake forms and ensure required documentation is complete
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a law firm or immigration setting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology (scanners, phone systems, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
