As Sr Supply Chain Manager, you will take charge of the complete supply chain operation for the Benelux, Nordics and Poland, driving efficiency and excellence across all channels. Own and lead the 360° supply chain process — from planning and logistics to order management and service coordination — ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and seamless order fulfilment.

• 360° Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (supply planning, logistics, order desk) for Amazon, MSH, and other regional partners.
• Supply Planning: Develop and optimize short- and long-term planning strategies to meet business needs and market demand across the cluster.
• Logistics Management: Ensure timely, cost-efficient product movement from warehouse to customer, managing transport, warehousing, and last-mile performance.
• Order Desk Coordination: Lead and support a shared business services team handling order processing, customer queries, and issue resolution.

  Partner with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply plans, inventory targets, and sales forecasts.
• Performance Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on supply chain KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, stock health), using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, recommend, and implement improvements across systems, processes, and workflows.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regional regulatory and customer requirements; proactively manage risks in supply and logistics.

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management, ideally for fast-moving consumer goods.
• Track record in supply planning, logistics, and order management at cluster or country level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with shared service models and process automation a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written & spoken).
