• Track and monitor the maintenance of Drive Time vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and work with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and overall quality.
• Ensure vehicles meet cosmetic standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Prepare and move vehicles throughout the distribution center for retail.
• Record daily inventory of vehicles received from auctions.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to avoid spills and hazards.

• Comfortable operating all reconditioning‑center vehicles.
• Capability to perform inspections and maintain detailed, accurate records.
• Familiarity with company cosmetic standards and commitment to uphold them.
• Adherence to safety practices to eliminate hazards to self and team members.
• Team‑player attitude while coordinating with management and colleagues on repair or rejection decisions.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Physical ability to move objects up to 60 pounds and to use safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask and other protective gear.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a safety‑sensitive, technical environment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver power tools or heavy equipment as needed.
• Support for reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
• Background and drug screening required for hiring.

The role is safety‑sensitive and may involve operating heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and exposure to cold, hot, noisy or wet environments. Visual acuity and manual dexterity are required.
