$20–$27/hr | No Nights or Weekends

• $15/hr during paid training
• $20–$27/hr after training (based on productivity & client satisfaction)
• Full-time, steady hours
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• No nights. No weekends.

• Clean residential homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing kitchens & bathrooms)
• Make beds, tidy living spaces, and leave homes spotless
• Use and care for cleaning equipment (vacuums, microfiber cloths, supplies)
• Travel between client homes in and around Wilmington
• Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with physical activity (standing, bending, lifting, moving throughout the day)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Smartphone with data plan
• Able to work around pets
• Live within 20 minutes of Wilmington
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• No professional cleaning experience required — we provide full training.
