Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Estimator with a strong background in asphalt to oversee construction projects from planning through to closeout. This role is critical to ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Oversee quality control, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear communication with sales teams, leadership, subcontractors, crews, and clients.
• Identify and manage project changes to meet client needs.
• Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.

• 5+ years of asphalt paving and project management experience.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational abilities.
• Proven leadership in fast‑paced, high‑communication environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
