Construction Project Manager

An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across the Wilmington to Myrtle Beach region. This is a high-impact role overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial electrical scopes in hospital, medical center, and healthcare facility settings.

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery across healthcare facilities
• Review construction plans and specifications; oversee job setup including budgets, SOVs, subcontracts, and material procurement
• Lead contract administration, client communication, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee VDC/BIM planning and collaborate with superintendents on field layout and constructability
• Develop and implement prefabrication, material management, and jobsite logistics strategies
• Create and maintain project schedules and manpower plans in collaboration with field leadership
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and safety protocols are implemented and upheld on-site
• Review, price, and manage all project change orders; track costs and submit accurate monthly reporting
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in project meetings and jobsite walkthroughs
• Supervise and mentor field teams; support ongoing recruitment and workforce development

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with an electrical contractor, specifically on healthcare-related projects ($1-5M+)
• Proven track record delivering complex commercial healthcare or medical projects
• BS in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
