** Description of Work
** This position provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Constituent Concerns(CC) Teams.
Duties include:
Running reports utilizing Data Warehouse and the Online Case Management System (OMS) Generate Graphics and other visuals to support reports. Receiving and assigning constituent concerns.
Populate and maintain tracking logs and generating and distributing monthly reports.

** Salary Range: $31,200 - $51,249
Recruitment Range: $31,200 - $38,767

** Experience in prioritizing a wide variety of work
* Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare written communication, presentations, maintain CC log etc.
* Experience in working independently with people with courtesy and tact in performing duties that may be sensitive in nature;
* Experience in record keeping, compiling, summarizing and performing basic analysis of data.
