Land Development Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead and execute residential land development projects from initial concept through final delivery. This role is responsible for driving timelines, managing budgets, securing approvals, and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful and efficient project completion.

This opportunity supports a well-established regional land developer and home builder with active operations across multiple coastal and Southeast markets, along with continued expansion initiatives.

• Manage land development projects from due diligence through construction completion
• Ensure projects remain aligned with timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives
• Secure all necessary permits and approvals
• Oversee site feasibility studies, environmental reviews, and entitlement processes
• Coordinate consultants and third-party partners throughout pre-development
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control strategies
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and safety expectations are met

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS platforms, project management software (e.g., MS Project), and financial modeling tools
• Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, land use policies, and permitting processes
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
