As the WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, you will safely assist with managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to obtain optimum use of facilities, equipment, and personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the work to be accomplished on the assigned shift.
  • This is a field‑based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to work alongside direct reports to provide real‑time coaching, identify growth opportunities, model best practices, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and schedule warehouse team members; interview job candidates, provide training, offer coaching and feedback, and assist management in assessing team member performance.
  • Conduct regular team‑member work‑withs to observe work functions, solve problems, and increase team engagement.
  • Utilize WMS and voice‑pick technology to oversee inbound and outbound volume.
  • Maintain a cost‑efficient warehouse operation with high standards of service delivery and accuracy.
  • Assist with monitoring KPIs and hold the team accountable for performance, job duties, and outcomes.
  • Instruct team members on how to safely and efficiently receive, replenish, pick, wrap, and load product.
  • Identify process breakdowns and recommend improvements consistent with meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of safety, including adherence to OSHA regulations and CBC internal safety guidelines. Monitor employee work habits to ensure proper lifting, ergonomics, proper use of equipment, and safe storage. Address and report any unsafe behaviors immediately and participate in accident investigations.
  • Ensure that work processes are performed properly to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize damage and out‑of‑date write‑offs.
  • Ensure proper inspection and preventive maintenance of material‑handling equipment and report any issues to the Safety and Asset Protection Manager.
  • Provide retraining following forklift incidents and ensure compliance with forklift certification requirements.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • Possess an Associate’s degree and three years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and OSHA regulations.
  • Possess basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, as well as computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, bar graphs, and procedure manuals.
  • Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak before employees.
  • Possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
  • Possess the ability to perform physical work.
  • Possess computer skills requiring knowledge of Microsoft Office, RAS, and WMS.
  • Possess forklift certification.
  • Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
