Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPay: $18.00/hr + $1.00/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus Overview:

We are hiring for a climate-controlled manufacturing facility in the Northchase area of Wilmington. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical or assembly experience looking for a steady schedule and long-term opportunity in a clean, organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and/or disassemble drum motor products

Set up, operate, and adjust equipment to meet safety, quality, and production standards

Perform minor preventative maintenance on production equipment

Test assemblies and final products to ensure proper function and safety compliance

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with rework as needed

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

Operate hand tools and production machinery throughout the shift

Complete daily production logs (manual or scanner-based)
Communicate equipment or material issues to supervisors

Cross-train in RMA processes as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical instructions, and procedures

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
Ability to read machine gauges, monitors, and electronic panels

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
