IT Control Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist team of engineers to provide production support and troubleshooting for 24/7 manufacturing operation. Work with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure reliable equipment operation via automated control systems and user interfaces.
• Support process and product optimization/improvement efforts.
• Provide training for engineers and/or production associates as needed for new processes, equipment, or control systems.
• Participate in capital projects.
• Some after hour, on‑call support may be needed.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3‑5 years in a technical role or relevant experience.

• Technical background in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline.
• Strong computer programming skills: VB, .NET, C, real‑time systems (or similar).

• Ability/experience integrating computers into manufacturing processes to increase efficiencies and lower cost.
• MS Windows, iFIX, Ethernet/IP I/O, Microsoft Office, real‑time controls systems, experience with motion systems (desired but not required), SCADA, Python.
• Ability/experience troubleshooting simple low‑voltage electrical circuitry.

• Able to communicate equally well with engineers, production associates, and managers.
• Able to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated, independent, high initiative.

• Some domestic and international travel may be required (0‑20%).

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Occasional off‑hours on‑call.

The range for this position is $75,511.00 - $ assuming full‑time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
