Job Description

The Production Team Leader for the 2nd Shift (5pm-1:30am) plays a critical role in overseeing evening production operations, ensuring process consistency and product quality. This leadership position involves direct supervision of 5-10 team members with a focus on maintaining established production processes while coordinating shift activities and monitoring team performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team activities during the 2nd shift
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production processes
• Manage performance reporting and track team productivity
• Maintain effective communication within the team and across shifts
• Provide guidance and support to team members to meet production goals
• Support occasional overtime requests and shift flexibility
