- Process Ownership:
Define, control, and optimize production processes, tooling, and equipment to meet high-precision standards. - Bridge the Gap:
Validate design specifications and ensure seamless shop-floor implementation of new products and advanced manufacturing technologies. - Lead & Develop:
Provide direct leadership to your team. You will be responsible for staffing, performance development, and creating an inclusive environment where your engineers can thrive. - Strategic Execution:
Apply deep technical knowledge and analytical thinking to translate policy into actionable strategy. - Collaborative Problem Solving:
Use your judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing cycles. You’ll leverage data, internal expertise, and industry insights to make decisions that move the needle. - Mentor & Influence:
Act as a technical resource, lead cross-functional projects, and guide team members toward consensus. You’ll be the bridge that ensures clear communication and high performance.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-complexity manufacturing environment. - Technical Acumen:
Demonstrated analytical ability and a track record of resolving complex manufacturing challenges. - People-First Leadership:
Experience or strong aptitude for managing teams, setting expectations, and coaching for growth. - Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills; you can distill complex technical information into clear, actionable goals for diverse stakeholders. - Project Mindset:
Ability to plan, document, and execute programs with a focus on project management excellence.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
