Position: Production Crew Lead
Location: Wilmington, NC
Pay:$19/hour
Experience:
Previous manufacturing or production experience.Formal lead experience is preferred.Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required.Education:High school diploma or GED preferred.

Schedule:Monday - Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm (Ability to work Fridays and OT as needed)
Greene Resources is seeking a Production Crew Lead to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Coordinate the daily work of approximately 5–10 production employees.Assist with training, coaching, and guiding employees across production operations.Work with management to ensure daily staffing and training needs are met.Confirm that materials and supplies are available to support production.Enforce safety, quality, and operating procedures throughout the shift.Ensure production equipment is functioning properly, make minor mechanical adjustments, and contact maintenance when necessary.Complete production and quality reports.Inspect production areas and equipment and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.Help implement process improvements that increase crew and equipment productivity.Work in different production departments as business needs require.Position Requirements:
