Seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CNC programming, setup, machining processes, and CAM programming. The role focuses on developing efficient machining methods, maintaining high-quality production, managing projects, and supporting continuous improvement across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage new and existing CNC manufacturing projects and drive continuous process improvements.
- Develop efficient machining processes to produce high-quality parts.
- Mentor and support team members in CNC programming and manufacturing practices.
- Ensure processes comply with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality requirements.
- 10+ years of hands-on CNC programming and setup experience.
- Highly proficient in CAM programming
. - Strong knowledge of standard and custom cutting tools/tooling.
- Strong CNC machining and manufacturing process knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
