Our client, a Luxury Fine Jewelry Retailer, is seeking a hands-on, creative, and execution-focused marketing leader who can fully own marketing from concept to completion. This person should be proactive, decisive, and comfortable moving quickly. Their goal is to refine, polish, and professionalize everything the company is already doing while building a cohesive, elevated brand presence.
Responsibilities- Own marketing strategy from beginning to end
- Elevate and refine the brand image and storytelling
- Shift brand identity beyond being centered on the family faces
- Maintain and manage a marketing budget in year one
- Lead visual and creative direction:
Photography, Video, Visual aesthetics, Brand consistency - Improve overall photo and visual quality across platforms
- Create polished, professional materials (no “Word doc” feel)
- Own and manage:
Website, Instagram & Facebook, Social content tied to broadcast and campaigns - Upload and repurpose TV/radio commercials for:
You Tube, Social platforms - Email marketing support (currently handled by Jordan’s cousin; may transition to assistant later)
- Support Shopify site launch and ongoing management
- Direct mail, Catalogs, Sponsor ships and donations, Local newspapers, Broadcast TV and radio
- Plan, design, and execute:
In-store events, Trunk shows, Trade shows - Improve planning and scheduling so events are not last-minute
- Design event-specific collateral
- Understand and interpret marketing data:
Click-through rates, Campaign performance - Manage and hold accountable ~5 external agencies/vendors
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience
- Broadcast marketing experience (TV & radio)
- Digital and social media execution
- Print marketing and branding
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to design a high-end flip book for top customers
- Experience creating premium customer-facing print materials
- Experience in Retail, In-house marketing teams, Hands-on execution
