Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Wilmington, NC. The Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day marketing activities, including creating and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team with marketing efforts. This role also involves coordinating communication initiatives, building customer relationships, and ensuring consistent brand messaging to drive business growth.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Serve as an active member of the company management team
- Manage a part-time Marketing Intern
- Lead an active and ongoing Linked In brand building campaign
- Lead an active and ongoing campaign of paid Linked In targeted advertisements
- Procure lead/prospect lists and update them into Sales Force
- Allocate leads within Sales Force
- Effectively coordinate with employees and independent sales agents on the status of projects and campaigns
- Plan and execute events, parties, training functions, etc.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and teams
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and develop impactful campaigns
- Understanding of Sales and the ability to support revenue-generating initiatives
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to measure campaign performance
- Proficiency in marketing tools, software, or platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with Linked In advertising campaigns
