About the CRNA Supervisor Position

Novant Health is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Supervisor for the Anesthesia unit at the new Scotts Hill Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. You will be an essential member of our healthcare team, assisting the Coastal region Market Manager in the direction and supervision of the clinical work of nurse anesthetists and coordinating their activities with anesthesiologists to provide best patient care.

• Perform general supervision and evaluation of anesthesia staff; monitor staff compliance with department/organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency according to department policies, procedures, and protocols appropriate for the age of patient(s) served.
• Demonstrate staff CRNA skills as needed.
• Facilitate day‑to‑day schedule management, complete daily patient care assignments, and assure policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Represent CRNA's to leadership and facilitate communication between departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master’s of Science in Nursing required.
• Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
• Certified RN Anesthetist required.
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required.
