Shift: M-F 4:45am-1:15pm (40 hours/week) - potentially some Saturdays

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay: $35/hour local rate, weekly direct deposit + benefits available

travel pay for applicants 50 miles away from facility: $1,867/week *

The LPN provides patient care in an outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) clinic, supporting individuals with opioid use disorder. Responsibilities include administering methadone under provider orders, monitoring patients for adverse reactions, completing vitals and assessments, documenting in EMR, and assisting with patient education. The LPN helps ensure safe dosing procedures, maintains compliance with state/federal regulations, and supports a compassionate, structured treatment environment.

• Active LPN license in NC or compact licensure if out of state
• Experience in outpatient/inpatient substance abuse, mental health, addiction, psychiatric, or corrections accepted
