About the Position
Job Opportunity – Cardiac Catheterization Lab Clinician – North Carolina

Schedule:
10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (primarily 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, some early shifts 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM). One late shift per week to complete final case of the day. Call coverage 1 night per week. Weekend requirement 1 per every other month.
Highlights:
Comprehensive cardiac catheterization lab experience with both diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI, TAVR, Watchman, and structural heart cases
Work with advanced technology including IABP, Impella, vascular closure systems, and rotablator atherectomy
Utilize Epic, Pyxis, MAC LAB, and CUPID charting systems in a well-equipped 5-room cath lab with daily census of approximately 30 visits
24-hour orientation with scrubs provided and self-scheduling system
Flexible floating as needed with structured call and weekend coverage rotation
NC or Compact license accepted; local candidates welcomed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of cardiac catheterization lab experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including cardiac stent placement, left and right heart catheterization, and PCI
Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring, advanced cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, vasopressors, and thrombolytics
Competency in sheath removal/monitoring, topical hemostasis devices, ACT monitoring, cardioversion, and dysrhythmia interpretation
Strong skills in IV therapy, infusion pump management, infection prevention, and isolation precautions
Preferred experience with TAVR, Watchman procedures, ASD closures, vascular interventions, and special procedures
Epic charting experience preferred
