Full Time
Provider HoursMonday–Thursday: 7:30 am–5 pm
Friday: 7:30 am–12 pm
No On Call

Medical SpecialtyPain Management
Job Responsibilities- Takes initial patient histories and performs physical examinations.
- Reviews patient’s medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures, and clinical course.
- Initiates, documents, and communicates the plan of care and follows up to ensure complete screening and preparation of patients.
- Performs daily patient rounds.
- Writes orders for medications, laboratory work, and diagnostic tests.
- Interprets laboratory and test results.
- Confers with physicians, nursing staff, and/or other care providers to ensure optimum quality of patient care.
- Provides health education and counseling.
- Works independently and is responsible for own caseload.
Outpatient
Requirements- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school, such as a Master of Science in nursing or graduate from an ARC‑PA accredited physician assistant program.
- State license.
- BLS certification.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Current license to practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the state of practice.
- 2–4 years of clinical work experience.
- Compassionate and personable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other medical staff.
- Strong leadership skills, self‑confidence, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
