About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a hospital-based assignment in North Carolina. This full-time locum tenens position begins May 4, 2026, offers a 72-day contract, and features flexible day shifts (7a to 3p/5p/7p/9p/11p) with non-consecutive 3x12s scheduling. Candidates must have experience in high-volume, high-acuity hospital settings.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of hospital-based cases in a high-volume, high-acuity environment
Collaborate closely with supervising MDAs, who will perform all spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optic procedures
Administer general anesthesia and monitor patient status throughout perioperative periods
Ensure compliance with standard safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia
Document all patient interactions and anesthesia events accurately

Additional Information
Valid North Carolina CRNA license required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
Board certification not required
