This unique full-time opportunity offers a genuine work-life balance with a schedule of only three, 12-hour shifts per week.

As an Urgent Care Nurse Pratitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), youll be a key member of our fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care settingproviding compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. You'll diagnose and treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent medical concerns, all while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Clinic hours are 800a-800p. Our opportunity only requires a weekly commitment of three shifts per week as well as every-other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide comprehensive, patient-focused urgent care to individuals and families
-Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
-Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care
-Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records following compliance standards
-Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
Candidate Qualifications
- Current NP or PA certification and active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting as a practicing provider
- Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and flexible in scheduling
