- Experience: Minimum 12 months of relevant clinical experience in high-volume urgent care settings
- Hourly Rate: $1.00 (please note this is a placeholder; actual rate discussed upon application)

- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2)
- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws
- Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses
- Support staff including center manager, medical assistants, and support personnel
- Serve as the sole healthcare provider for adult and pediatric urgent care patients (ages 6 months and up)
- Perform minor procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other urgent care interventions
- Manage up to approximately 40 patient visits per day using Epic EMR system
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with support staff and offsite supervising physicians as required
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing and clinical standards
- NC medical license and NC DEA registration (active)
- Minimum 12 months of urgent care, primary care, or similar clinical experience treating adults and pediatrics
- Board certification in PA or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system preferred
- Excellent soft skills including patient communication and team collaboration
- Ability to see and treat all patients independently in a fast-paced environment
This urgent care center provides immediate medical attention to both adult and pediatric patients in a community-focused setting. The provider will be responsible for managing a broad scope of urgent care cases, performing minor procedures, and delivering exceptional patient care with a dedicated support team. Training on EMR and onboarding will be scheduled prior to the start date, and participation in all training sessions is required.
