PRN to Full-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunities– Urgent Care

Wilmington, Leland and Jacksonville, NC

As an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you'll be a key member of our fast-paced, team-oriented urgent care setting—providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. You'll diagnose and treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent medical concerns, all while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Clinic hours are 800a-800p. We're growing and have opportunities to work PRN to full-time-check us out!

Key Responsibilities

-Provide comprehensive, patient-focused urgent care to individuals and families

-Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions

-Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices

-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care

-Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records following compliance standards

-Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development

Candidate Qualifications

-Current NP or PA certification and active North Carolina license (or eligibility)

-Minimum 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting as a practicing provider

-Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to patient-centered care

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and flexible in scheduling
