Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient Interventional Pain Management team serving the Supply community. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys building long‑term patient relationships, collaborating closely with experienced physicians, and helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life. What You’ll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll work alongside our physicians to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care for individuals living with acute and chronic pain.

Responsibilities Include
  • Evaluate and manage follow‑up patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and overall wellness
  • Accurately document patient encounters using eClinical Works
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, family medicine, or a related specialty preferred
  • Experience with eClinical

    Works is a plus
