• Provide effective patient care in Med/Surg and Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Manage central and peripheral lines, including IVs and PICC lines.
• Administer medications and blood products as prescribed.
• Assist with pre- and postoperative care for various surgical patients.
• Implement appropriate isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
• Utilize electronic documentation systems effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry settings.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to float to other units as needed.
