Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner In Wilmington, NC

This role offers
clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
- Full-time within Monday – Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Brunswick, North Carolina
- Estimated compensation range of $120,000 – $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
