The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become the Assistant Director of Nursing for our 115-bed facility. This role provides clinical and organizational leadership to support the Director of Nursing and maintain high standards of resident care.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience in long-term care, be compassionate, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while motivating staff.
