Position Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Center for Rehabilitation (Acute Care), Full Time Day Shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) with weekends and holidays per department guidelines. Wilmington, DE.
About the CenterChristiana Care's Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital helps patients reclaim independence and activity level. It is an accredited Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility with specialty accreditations in stroke, brain injury, and limb loss by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The team includes specially trained healthcare professionals dedicated to rehabilitation to help patients regain or improve skills needed for daily life.
Education & Experience Requirements- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; applicant must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preferred: 1-2 years in Rehabilitation, Med/Surg, or Stepdown.
- Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This range is an estimate; actual salary will depend on individual factors including skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to this role.
