RN – Medical-Surgical / Oncology

Minimum 2 years RN experience in an inpatient setting required Licensure: NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal

Oncology certification; traveler must be able to administer chemotherapy if needed Core clinical skills:
Med/Surg care (inpatient), IV/central line management, port access, blood product administration, wound care, chest tube management, and isolation precautions Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients with a history of oncology Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including chemotherapy and biotherapy Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing changes that require intervention Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical findings Compliance / Notes:
