Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, while supporting families and ensuring safe, high‑quality care.

Been a while or never worked with trach/vent but want to learn? We support skill growth.

• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification (in‑person only).
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.

LPN Pay Rate: $28—$32 USD per hour.

RN Pay Rate: $29—$33 USD per hour.
