The role supports pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for surgical patients in a 50-bed unit, with a 20% night differential and department-based weekend/holiday guidance. Candidates must hold RN licensure in Delaware (or eligibility), BSN within three years, at least one year of acute-care experience, and BLS.
