Wilmington Emergency Department – Part Time Day/Evening
Wilmington Hospital is a landmark since 1890, fully modernized, serving as Christiana Care’s corporate headquarters and providing high-quality health care in the heart of Wilmington. This 321‑bed, 622,100‑square‑foot facility has a helipad with aero‑medical transport capabilities. The Emergency Department houses a Level III Trauma Center and is a participating trauma hospital in the Delaware Trauma System.

- BSN required or commitment to obtain one within three years of hire.
- At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or emergency department required.
- BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred.
Hours can be from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., totaling 48 hours per pay period (24 hours per week) with a weekend schedule. Hourly pay range: $41.28 – $66.05. This range is Christiana Care’s good‑faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
