This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post‑acute and long‑term care settings (SNF, LTC, ALF, IRF). It is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends. The model is flexible, onsite, round‑and‑go with remote documentation. Coverage area includes Brunswick, North Carolina.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Estimated compensation range of $120,000 – $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income. Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)). Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
