Overview
Care Partners seeks an Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will assess and manage complex symptoms, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide expert pain and symptom management. You will educate and support patients and families, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and document care using EMR systems.
