Novant Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in condition
• Document care and communicate effectively using EHR systems
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and infection control standards
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence‑based practice initiatives
• Support a culture of diversity, respect, and personalized patient care
• Precept or mentor less experienced staff as needed

• Active RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification
• ACLS preferred
