Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Cath lab RN to take an assignment in Wilmington, North Carolina. This assignment lasts 13.14 Weeks and is scheduled to start on August 3, 2026. • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Mandatory certifications include ACLS and BLS.

• Knowledge in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Experience in Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult), IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, and Interventional Catheterizations.
• Proficiency in procedures like Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, and Scrub Procedures (Cardiac Cath Lab).
• Skills in handling medications including Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, and more.
• Competency in procedural sedation administration/monitoring and reversal agents.

• Experience in pre and post-procedure participation, special procedures, and ASD Closures.
• Familiarity with Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Valvuloplasty, Watchman procedure, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access (non-tunneled/PICC placement), Central Venous Access/Port Placement, and Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision.
• Expertise in Endovascular Interventions, Scrub Procedures (Vascular), Stent Graft Placement, SVC/IVC Venograph, Thoracic Aortography, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography.
• Utilization of external compression devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags) and experience with the hypothermia protocol, laser‑assisted procedures, and malignant hyperthermia protocol.
• Ability to obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG and knowledge of radiation and laser safety.

• NC or Compact license pending okay for submittal.

• Familiarity with Pyxis, MAC LAB, CUPID, EPIC, SBAR.

• COVID‑19 Vaccine not required, but Flu Vaccine is required (medical/religious exemptions only).
