Schedule
- Shift: 4x9 rotating (0600–1500, 0700–1600, 0800–1700, 1200–2000)
Assignment Details
- Contract length: 13 or 26 weeks
- Hours guaranteed: 48 hours/week
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years pre/post cath lab experience - BLS certification - ACLS certification
- Experience with sheath pull and cardiac medications if less than 3 years
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-procedure check-in, including patient assessments and consent signing.
- Start intravenous lines and administer pre-procedure medications.
- Provide post-procedure care for cath/PCI, EP device cases, ablations, and invasive radiology.
- Manage access site care, including radial compression bands and femoral closure devices.
- Recover patients after procedures with Phase I anesthesia.
- Ensure safe discharge practices post-PCI.
Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
- Orientation: 24 hours.
- RTO:
Up to 7 days maximum.
- Local candidates may be accepted at a lower rate.
