Role:
Manager of Clinical Excellence
Responsibilities:Lead nursing education and quality improvement initiatives, develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with agency standards and CMS requirements, and support clinical teams through mentoring and performance enhancement.
Key Duties:Engage in hands‑on patient care when needed, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and drive performance improvements across clinical staff.
Skills &Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, expertise in data analysis, leadership abilities, and experience in clinical education and quality assurance.
This role requires on‑site leadership at the corporate office with travel to service‑area offices to support clinical excellence and staff development.
