Registered Nurse - Part Time

We are seeking a part‑time, reliable, and compassionate home care nurse to join our team. The home care nurse’s responsibilities include performing patient visits, monitoring their conditions, conducting tests, and writing reports. You should address all caregiver concerns and adjust the patients’ in‑home management plan. Ability to handle weekly skills training, Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Parkinson’s training, and “non‑medical” new client assessments and re‑assessments on an as‑needed basis.

• Perform patient visits and monitor conditions.

• Attend weekly skills training and specialized trainings (Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s).
• Conduct new client assessments and re‑assessments as needed.

• Nursing licensure (RN or LPN) required.
