- Rural community health center
- Outpatient primary care across the lifespan
- Acute, chronic, preventive, and wellness care
- Reproductive/prenatal care based on training and scope
- Monday 8 AM-8 PM + Thursday 9 AM-6 PM
- $57/hour
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team
