Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical ICU. In this role, you will deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, managing ventilators and drips, and responding to rapid changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with intensivists, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to create and execute individualized care plans. RNs support patient and family education, documentation, and quality/safety initiatives while precepting and mentoring others.
