Registered Nurse - Team Lead - Medical​/Surgical

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Team Lead and Charge Nurse in a Medical‑Surgical Unit.

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions
• Performing patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress
• Administering medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
• Educating patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge plans
• Recognizing patient condition changes and intervening promptly for safety
• Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced environment

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current valid RN license in the relevant state or multi‑state license
• Preferred:
  One year of medical‑surgical or acute care experience

• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Leadership capabilities to function as a Charge Nurse
