Ventricular Assistive Device (VAD) Clinic - Location:
New Hanover Regional Medical Center
Join a dedicated team transforming the lives of patients with advanced heart failure. As a VAD Coordinator, you will guide patients through every stage of their VAD journey, coordinating care across settings, providing education and support, and serving as a key resource for patients and families.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate care, educate patients and caregivers, and help achieve the best possible outcomes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
What We're Looking For- Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN. - Experience:
Minimum three years of clinical RN experience, required. - Licensure/Certification:
Current Registered Nurse in NC or compact state, required. - Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Demonstrates interdisciplinary leadership skills, superior interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of computer database, data analysis and presentation skills.
- ICU / Cardiac experience is required
- CCRN Preferred
